Colorado Resiliency Framework 2025-2029
The Colorado Resiliency Framework is a statewide plan designed to help Colorado communities prepare for, adapt to, and recover from various challenges. It identifies risks such as natural disasters, economic transitions, and critical infrastructure issues, emphasizing the ability to maintain quality of life for present and future generations. The framework addresses four key areas: risks from hazards, equitable access to resources, the impacts of an evolving economy, and the effects of climate change. It outlines five priority goals for state agencies over the next five years: reducing risk across communities and sectors, building a future-ready inclusive economy, advancing resilient and modernized infrastructure, equipping local governments to advance strategic growth, and increasing resilient and affordable housing.
