The meeting includes discussions regarding the Cherokee Summit Apartments issue, proposed rate adjustments, and reports from the finance, treatment, and construction departments. Additionally, the Board will review a request for approval of Change Order #1 for the SR 140 utility relocation project from Mountain Road to Arnold Mill Road, as well as receive the General Manager's report.

The meeting included a review of follow-up items regarding newsletter distribution research, concrete work status at the Fitzgerald Creek plant, and lease agreement negotiations with Sprint/Nextel and T-Mobile. The finance report highlighted performance metrics, including decreases in water and sewer sales and connection fees, as well as an update on an ongoing insurance review. The Board approved rate adjustments for wholesale water usage and Double Detector Check Assembly fees. Additionally, reports were presented on water and wastewater treatment operations, construction updates regarding water supply sources, and service boundary discussions with the City of Woodstock. The Board also reached a consensus to coordinate grand jury presentments.
