Following the reorganization, the board convened for a regular meeting, which covered updates on school construction projects, including the Montgomery Library renovation, transportation reports, commencement ceremony highlights, and human resources updates regarding teacher appointments. Additionally, the board discussed the transition to a competency-based diploma, ongoing building condition survey walkthroughs, and athletic department proposals regarding the addition of assistant coaches at the modified level.

The meeting included a consent agenda with walk-on items such as a high school scholarship donation and an agreement with the district for services. Discussions centered on correspondence regarding upcoming elementary and middle school moving up and award ceremonies, and commendations were awarded to staff for board mastery and a student athlete for excellence. The board recognized outgoing members for their service. Departmental reports provided updates on various school events, concerts, honor society inductions, and athletics. Additionally, there was a review of progress on the multi-tiered support services platform, a presentation on challenges facing the current generation regarding technology and social media, and updates on hiring and staff milestones including tenure, service awards, and retirements.

The Board also observed a moment of silence for a former Board member, discussed district correspondence including upcoming social and retirement events, and acknowledged the District's recognition as one of the best communities for music education by the NAMM Foundation. Additionally, the Board recognized the top 10 graduating students of the class of 2026.
