Additionally, the board discussed the establishment of an official Facebook page, as well as the creation of a physical address, a dedicated phone number, and an email account for the district.

The meeting included an update on a previous public forum held in Anna and a review of call volume statistics from Anna Rescue. Key discussion topics included the scheduling of an upcoming public forum in Jackson Center, as well as considerations regarding future contract negotiations and potential bidding processes. The board also discussed strategic planning options in the event that a levy passes or fails.

The Council reviewed the monthly financial reports for March. The discussion highlighted a positive month-to-date revenue compared to expenditures, noted various fluctuations in revenue and expenditure categories relative to the previous month and the prior year, and reported on income tax receipts. Additionally, a future refund adjustment due to a misallocation of tax funds from Jackson, Ohio, was identified for inclusion in the upcoming financial reporting cycle.

The council discussed legislation regarding a real estate purchase agreement for property between Mama J's and Family Dollar, the dedication of streets in Hudson Lake Estates Phase 3, and the designation of new streets as stop streets. The monthly financial report was reviewed. Reports were provided on departmental activities including zoning permits, water treatment plant updates, sewer manhole lining, electric department pole replacements, and upcoming park maintenance. Additionally, a request for volunteers for an upcoming train stop event in the village was presented.

The board reviewed run volume statistics for February and discussed upcoming public forums scheduled in Anna, Jackson Center, and Palazo. The meeting also included a review of a presentation and planning for the distribution of informational flyers to constituents.
