The Fargo City Commission held a special meeting to address property value abatements of the 2023 assessment filed by Ryan, LLC, a tax consulting firm, for their clients. The meeting included discussion of abatements with no change in value recommendations for various properties, with a group recommendation to deny these abatements and retain the current value for the 2023 assessment. Additionally, abatements with reduction recommendations for several other properties were discussed.
