Planning Commission Regular Meeting
The Commission addressed a public request for a traffic study and the installation of a left-turn arrow at a local intersection, which staff indicated would be referred to the appropriate departments. The main agenda item involved a public hearing regarding a modification to a site plan review and an administrative adjustment for the Rose Cran Place town home development. The applicant proposed a reconfiguration of the parking lot to create shared residential and guest parking, including reducing the size of parallel parking spaces to code minimums and adding two new stalls for a total of 71 spaces. Commissioners questioned the applicant regarding existing garage availability, enforcement of parking regulations for third vehicles, handicap parking capacity, and the overall rationale for the request.
