The Board reviewed the lunch program's pizza expenditures, discussed the potential for healthier lunch options, and addressed promotional costs for levies. Additionally, the Board examined the curriculum review process for ELA, the PLC conference plans, enrollment statistics for elementary and secondary schools, and established new methods for collecting strategic plan feedback.

The 2023-2028 Strategic Plan, known as 'Our Achievement Roadmap - the Drive to 2025', outlines the school district's commitment to serving each student and assisting them in meeting academic goals. The plan focuses on educating and challenging students to meet grade-level standards, while also equipping staff to function as a professional learning community. The overarching vision is to enhance student achievement and regain its status as the top-achieving large district in the state.
