This document outlines Albright College's strategic vision for 2025 and 2030. The core vision is to achieve a national reputation for providing affordable, high-quality education that closes achievement gaps for all students of academic promise, preparing them for successful lives, careers, and significant socioeconomic mobility. This vision is supported by seven strategic themes, foundational statements on inclusivity, equity, and freedom of expression, and plans to transform the library into the academic and intellectual hub of the campus.

The strategic plan outlines Albright College's commitment to an inclusive, data-driven approach aligned with its mission and values. It focuses on sustainability, student success, and institutional distinctiveness. The plan prioritizes developing a thriving community, establishing a clear identity, supporting student success through curricular and co-curricular programs, implementing a sustainable financial model, and building a robust digital technology infrastructure. The Deep Dive Engagement Plan is the college's emergent strategic planning process, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to identify impactful priorities and move quickly into the future.
