BoardMountain Boces Regular Board Meeting
The meeting included a presentation on the mission, vision, values, and operational budget for new members, as well as updates on strategic plan progress, equity status reports, and a recent newsletter. Board officers were elected for the positions of president, vice president, and secretary/treasurer. A new board member was sworn in. The board approved the January amended budget, the use of beginning fund balance resolution, and a lease for a building in Buena Vista. Additionally, there was a discussion regarding a recent association meeting covering topics such as a rural teacher home mortgage program and declining enrollment.
