Howard Payne University's 2023-2028 Strategic Plan prioritizes enhancing the student experience across its Brownwood, New Braunfels, and El Paso locations. Four main themes guide this effort: engaging and enriching interactions; enrollment growth and student support; innovative teaching and learning; and transformed spaces. These priorities aim to create a Christ-centered academic community dedicated to excellence, equipping students with critical thinking skills, integrity, and a service mindset. The plan outlines measurable actions for each priority to support student success inside and outside the classroom and in their future careers.
