National University of Natural Medicine Strategic Plan 2022-2027
The 2022-2027 Framework for Action 4 (FFA 4) strategic plan for the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) focuses on four key goals: supporting excellent and sustainable academic, clinical, and research programming; promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; positioning students to thrive as change agents; and nourishing partnerships to increase opportunities in natural medicine and healthcare. The plan outlines strategies to achieve these goals, including program assessments, faculty development, market analysis for compensation, clinical excellence initiatives, increased non-tuition-based funding, research infrastructure development, cultural climate surveys, DEIB training, career readiness support, and expanded partnerships. The overall aim is to transform the healthcare system by championing natural medicine and improving human health.
