The board reviewed budget status reports and discussed several new business items, including emergency waivers for school days and instructional hours, WIAA membership renewal, and student achievement policies. The board also authorized charge cards for staff, established travel reimbursement procedures, approved summer school operations, and accepted a grant for homeless student assistance. Additionally, the board approved the school calendar, ALE programs and curriculum, the CEP lunch program, out-of-endorsement approval, and the renewal of the principal's contract. Old business covered continuous learning guidance and graduation ceremony plans, followed by the approval of warrants and payroll.
