The council discussed financial reports, including balances for the Community Relief and Parks & Recreation Funds, ARPA balance, and Siren Grant Funds. Reports were given on the Fire Department, Storm Siren Grant, water audits and consolidation, street repairs, a drainage study, the Helping Hands of Humnoke-Keep Arkansas Beautiful event, and the Fun Park Grant. The City of Humnoke Audit was reviewed, and a decision was made to postpone ordering mulch for the park. An ordinance defining water rates and charges was introduced and adopted. There was a report on a break-in at the city offices, and a part-time clerk was hired. The Council resolved water accounts, including the Estate of Mr. Robert Louis E. Clingan.
