Chattahoochee Valley Community College Strategic Plan 2023-2028
This five-year strategic plan, 'A Roadmap for Excellence,' outlines Chattahoochee Valley Community College's direction for growth and sustainability, aiming to establish it as an example of educational excellence. The plan is structured around four institutional goals: offering quality educational programs, promoting student success through diverse programs, comprehensive planning and administration, and providing state-of-the-art technology and facilities. These goals are supported by four strategic focus areas: Instructional and Support Services; Customer Service, Public Relations, and Community Engagement; Workforce and Resource Development; and Technology and Infrastructure. The overarching vision is to lead the region in academic excellence, student achievement, and community and workforce development.
