Board Of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The Board discussed two primary petitions. The first involved a special exception request for an Airbnb operation, which resulted in approval with specific conditions, including a requirement that the property remain the owner's primary residence. The second petition concerned a variance request for the installation of an electronic message sign in a residential district; the board deferred further action on this item due to the absence of a required photometric lighting plan, which is necessary to evaluate the potential impact on adjacent properties.
