This Specific Plan establishes land use, zoning, development standards, and regulations for approximately 1,780 acres within the Cordes Ranch area in the northwest region of the City of Tracy. The plan envisions the development of commercial, office, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution uses, capitalizing on existing transportation corridors to foster economic growth and job creation. Key goals include accommodating diverse land uses, creating a vibrant workplace, implementing sustainability measures, and providing extensive open space and trail networks to enhance the community.

The meeting was called to order for the purpose of a closed session to discuss personnel matters, specifically concerning the appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, discipline, or dismissal of the City Manager position.
