This Continuous School Improvement Plan serves as a roadmap to prepare all students to become successful, productive citizens and position the district as a leader in educational excellence. The plan is built upon three core priority areas: High Quality Teachers and Staff, Student Success, and Health and Wellbeing, with 'Dragon Engagement' embedded throughout. Key objectives include retaining and attracting highly qualified staff, providing social and emotional wellbeing support for all students and staff, increasing student achievement in Math, ELA, Science, and literacy, ensuring 100% college and career readiness, and providing high-quality early learning experiences for preschool-aged children.
