Borough of Bogota Regular Meeting
The Mayor and Council discussed several ordinances, including bond ordinances to authorize public improvements and the acquisition of new equipment and machinery, and amendments to traffic chapters concerning towing, commercial vehicle parking, and stormwater control. Resolutions were considered regarding the purchase of computers, cancellation of capital balances, approval of change orders and closeouts for road improvements, property tax refunds for veterans, the revision of the annual meeting schedule, the employment agreement for the Borough Administrator, hiring recreation staff, confirmation of community development grants, and reappointments of municipal officials. Additionally, the council reviewed block party closures and fire department activities.
