This action plan aims to make HEC Montréal an inclusive and innovative institution. It is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all students and staff, regardless of gender, race, ethnic origin, ability, or sexual orientation. The plan is structured around five main axes: engaging the community, collecting and analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, raising awareness, and modifying policies and practices to eliminate systemic barriers.
