The public meeting will be followed by an executive session to discuss confidential records and the assessment or negotiation with another entity regarding a collaborative relationship or venture to advance the university's research, engagement, or education mission.

The committee reviewed undergraduate enrollment growth from 2017-2019, noting a significant increase. Enrollment projections for the next 10 years were presented, considering scenarios of flat total enrollment, flat new beginner enrollment, and full growth. The committee also discussed investments made in instructional and support capacity to accommodate enrollment growth, including allocations of recurring and non-recurring funds for academic advisors, career consultants, and instruction costs in various departments. Future plans include addressing the need for additional classroom space and faculty.
