The River Central Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan outlines a shared vision and strategic direction for its five member communities, aiming to foster a sustainable, thriving, and high-quality living environment. The meeting included discussions on modifying conditions of Conditional Use 2024-03, approving Resolution 2025-11 for Amending Agricultural Security Area, approving a request for a 90-day extension for the Farmhouse Village Major and Minor Subdivision, and approving a request for a 1-year extension for the Pin Oak Minor Subdivision. Reports were given by various staff members, including updates on roof damage to the Public Works building and dumping on Township roads.
