Huntington County Community School Corporation Regular Board Meeting Minutes
The board meeting included an update on middle school athletics and facility planning, as well as the approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between HCCS and Huntington First Nazarene for sheltering and mass care facilities. The board addressed various operational items, such as professional leave requests, personnel reports, and the transition of Section 125 plans and supplemental coverage providers. Additionally, the board approved a professional services agreement for a virtual psychologist, an AIA agreement with T-E Incorporated for a student pickup lane, and an MOU with the Boys & Girls Club. The board also accepted several donations, reviewed payroll and accounts payable vouchers, examined July financial reports, and approved a two-year preventative maintenance agreement for boilers.
