The amendment allows for the temporary placement of mobile CT and MRI units within the existing parking area. Staff verified that the site continues to meet all required parking standards and complies with the relevant municipal codes for the PO-1 Professional Office Zone.

The council reviewed quarterly statistics for the Victim's Assistance Program, covering advocacy services and inter-agency partnerships. Additionally, the meeting included a detailed discussion on updated Master Plans and Impact Fee Facilities Plans for culinary water, parks, pressurized irrigation, public safety, sewer, storm drain, and transportation, focusing on the methodology for determining maximum allowable impact fees for new development.
