Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting
The Commission addressed several zoning and land use applications during the session. They approved the Revised Preliminary and Final Site Plan for the First Baptist Church of Seaford. A recommendation for denial was issued for the Lantern Cove rezoning application, citing concerns regarding density, character, and consistency with the Comprehensive Plan.
