The meeting focused on discussing the continuation of principal zoom sessions, the implementation of facilitated principal rounds, and principal coaching opportunities. Participants shared experiences regarding teacher recruitment and hiring challenges, including participation in career fairs and the use of student teachers. The group also addressed concerns regarding the balance between classroom instructional time and student participation in extracurricular activities such as FCCLA, FFA, and FBLA. Additionally, there were updates regarding an administrative data survey and the Perkins Grant application process.
