Excelsior University Strategic Plan 2023-2025
Excelsior University's 2023-2025 strategic plan focuses on five key goals: driving enrollment and expanding its academic portfolio; advancing leadership in teaching, learning, and course design; providing exceptional student experiences; broadening partnerships to support institutional transformation; and becoming a multicultural organization that integrates Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) initiatives. The plan aims to increase credit taking and revenue, launch new degree programs, develop a data-driven teaching model, enhance student support services, establish strategic partnerships, and maximize fundraising efforts.
