Owosso Historic District Commission Regular Meeting
The commission discussed progress on the historic district study for the proposed Carnegie Library boundary expansion, including drafting architectural review and property history sections. Members reviewed the status of the Carnegie Library building improvements. The commission also reviewed a Certificate of Appropriateness application for 105 E Main St, resulting in a motion to approve the removal of an existing awning/facade structure while tabling the final facade/signage proposal pending further assessment of the building's brick condition.
