The meeting included discussions and decisions regarding the approval of board to board transfers for Braley Hall and Romahd Boone from SNSD to El Dorado School District. The board also went into an executive session. Decisions were made to hire Justin Burns as the SNSD Band Director, and to hire Deborah Sims, Ariana Toups, Mary McKnight, Deborah Hernandez, Dana Phillips, and Josh Younts as hourly summer help for janitorial services, with plans for them to transition to full-time positions for the 2025-2026 school year.

The board meeting included approvals for the Milk and Juice bid from Sysco and the Bread bid from Sysco. They also discussed and approved several personnel actions, including hiring a PE/Health Teacher and Assistant Softball Coach, an Elementary Computer Lab Position, an Elementary Principal, a NMS Paraprofessional position, and a High School Family Consumer Science teacher. The board then went into an executive session, after which they approved the hiring of Amy Fulco as SES Assistant Principal, Kandace Blackledge as SHS Math Teacher, Shane Day as SHS Biology teacher, and Jessica Harris as SES Paraprofessional.
