West County Wastewater District Regular Meeting
The Board of Directors discussed and approved the consent calendar. A public hearing was conducted to declare a portion of district-owned property as surplus, leading to the approval of a lease agreement with Action Metal Recycling Inc. for a property located in Richmond. The Board also approved an amendment to the fiscal year 2027 position control list to add a maintenance technician position to support the operational requirements of recent facility upgrades.
