The board meeting agenda addressed several administrative and operational items. Key topics included the review of bills and the financial report, as well as an update on the Glen Ullin Cooperative. The meeting concluded with reports from the superintendent and school principals.

The board discussed the policy regarding school activities on Sundays, holidays, and in cases of inclement weather. Superintendent Christopherson asked the board to consider upcoming policy changes required by the legislature, especially the Electronic Device Policy.

They also approved the re-election of a member to the school board and appointed another to fill an open position. Updated registration and meal prices for the 2025-2026 school year were approved. The first reading of policies on virtual learning and student use of technology was held and approved. The board accepted a resignation and discussed a plan to departmentalize the 4th and 5th grade classes. They approved the 2025/2026 staff handbook and the PVE and HS student/parent handbooks, excluding the cell phone policy. Travel to the National FFA Convention was also approved. Updates were shared on upcoming bus routes, a Fire Marshal visit, summer projects, and preparations for the upcoming year.

The committee discussed policy ABAC on virtual learning, policy FFI on student use of personal technology, and school activities on Sundays, holidays, and in cases of inclement weather.
