West Kentucky Community and Technical College Strategic Plan 2022-2026
The 2022-2026 Strategic Plan for West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC) outlines three key goals: organizational success, student support, and economic development. Organizational success focuses on investing in infrastructure (personnel, facilities, technology, and programs) to provide nationally recognized educational experiences. Student support aims to provide equitable, high-quality learning experiences and holistic supports to maximize student success. Economic development focuses on aligning academic programs and workforce offerings to meet regional needs through clear pathways, enhanced transfer opportunities, and tailored training. The plan builds on WKCTC's past successes, including national recognition for academic credentials and its role in regional economic development.
