BoardWbr Parish School Board Regular Meeting Minutes
The Board meeting included the approval of several key items, such as the purchase of two tracts of land in Brusly, Louisiana, and the approval of bond fund usage for those land purchases. The Board also approved the updated Head Start salary schedules, student fees policy, monthly expenditures and financial reports, and teacher and support staff stipends. Additionally, the Board dissolved the bus driver job description, approved revisions to Policy GBCA regarding criminal background information, updated the student handbook, and updated job descriptions for speech therapists. The Board also approved the Consolidated Budget for 2026-2027 following a public hearing and passed a resolution to honor a deceased teacher and coach.
