The Planning Commission discussed and recommended approval of master case 26-038, which involves adopting objective design standards and municipal code amendments for multi-family and mixed-use housing projects to comply with state requirements while retaining local design control. The commission also heard an introduction for the Belcaro at Sand Canyon project, including an overview of the draft environmental impact report.
