The board discussed and took action regarding the issuance of $440,000 in General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds. The board awarded the bond contract to BOK Financial Securities, accepted a resolution for the bond issuance including provisions for tax levy and bond registration, and designated the bonds as Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations under the Internal Revenue Code.
