Board of Trustees of the Hico Independent School District Order

The Hico Independent School District is calling a bond election to be held on November 4, 2025, for the purpose of submitting a proposition to the qualified voters of the District. The proposition asks whether the Board of Trustees should be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the District in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $22,100,000 for the design, construction, rehabilitation, renovation, expansion, improvement, acquisition, and equipment of school facilities, and the purchase of necessary sites for school facilities. The proposition also includes levying and pledging annual ad valorem taxes on all taxable property in the District to pay the principal and interest on the bonds.
