The board authorized the Executive Director and Business Manager to issue checks for payment of purchase orders and bills during December and January, and approved payment of registration fees for board members to attend the National School Boards Association (NSBA) conference.

Finally, the board committed $1,000,000 of unassigned General Fund balance to capital improvements and approved several individuals as substitutes.
