The Walla Walla County Commissioners addressed the vacation of two portions of Foster Road right of way. The County Engineer examined the road and determined that the right of way was not necessary for the general road system and that the public would benefit from its vacation. The Board reviewed the Engineer's report, along with other filed documents and evidence, and concluded that the county's interest would not be compromised and that the public would benefit from the vacation. As a result, the Board resolved to vacate the specified portions of Foster Road.

The resolution approves an E911 County Equipment Contract for FY 2016/17, Agreement #E17-206, which has been offered to the County for Capital Equipment purchases with reimbursement not to exceed $67,266. The agreement was submitted to the County Prosecuting Attorney's office for review.
