Enfield Town Council Regular Meeting
The Council reviewed public input concerning school modernization tax impacts, community center usage, and infrastructure safety. Major agenda items included the acceptance of a federal Justice Assistance Grant, approval of bid waivers for specialized vehicle parts and EMS billing services, and the authorization of a long-term license agreement with Amtrak. Additionally, the Council adopted comprehensive Tax Assessment Abatement Guidelines, approved wage adjustments and stipends for Early Childhood Development Center employees, established a new Department Fiscal Coordinator position, and authorized the addition of two Property Maintenance Inspector roles.
