The Finance Committee reviewed and recommended to the Board the approval of the issuance of the Authority's Fiscal 2012 Series EE Bonds, which is to provide fixed rate financing for new money and refunding purposes, and the Fiscal 2012 Series B General Resolution Revenue Bonds, which is to provide variable rate financing for new money purposes.

The Finance Committee reviewed and approved the minutes of the previous meeting held on May 28, 2019. The Committee made recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the approval of Supplemental Resolutions No. 147, 148, and 149. These resolutions authorize the issuance of Fiscal 2020 Series 2, 3, and 4 Second General Resolution Water and Sewer System Bonds to the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC). The bonds are for amounts up to $500 million, $50 million, and $100 million respectively, with varying issuance methods (bonds to EFC and direct loan).
