The Board of Trustees conducted a tour of various construction sites, including the 3/4 Elementary, High School CTE, and Intermediate campuses. Key business included the introduction of the new Technology Director, discussions on safety and security audits, and reviews of construction project updates. The Board approved the TASB Policy Update 127, the T-TESS Teacher Appraisal Period Calendar and Appraiser list for the 2026-2027 school year, and a Certification of Compliance with certain laws. Additionally, they approved compensation updates for child nutrition staff and various Memorandums of Understanding, including one with the Mabank ISD Alumni Association and another with Summit Salon Academy Mabank for CTE student training.
