The Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) is designed to enhance student achievement and growth while eliminating achievement gaps. It prioritizes reducing proficiency gaps for students with disabilities in reading and math, increasing overall student proficiency in KSA reading, mathematics, science, social studies, and writing, and improving school climate and safety by decreasing the perception of bullying. The plan aims to achieve these outcomes through a structured approach to continuous improvement.
