Discussion occurred regarding tree-trimming policies, federal funding support for the National Estuarine Research Reserve, and expediting utility connections. The Commission reviewed a two-year strategic action plan process, authorized an election ordinance amendment, and approved appointments to the Housing Authority Board. Additionally, they authorized the resubmission of a historical resources grant application for City Hall structural repairs and approved a consent order regarding wastewater treatment facilities. City management provided updates on audits, harbor management software, security camera installations, debris removal RFPs, and staff transitions.
