The Board of Education engaged in discussions regarding strategy related to collective bargaining, real property transactions involving potential leases or sales, and the assessment, design, and implementation of school safety and security measures, plans, and systems.

The meeting included reports from the Superintendent, Finance, and Instruction departments, covering items such as accounts payable, the food service negative balance report, positional bonds, staff development, field trip requests, a school service agreement, and curricular material adoption. The personnel report and health services department report were also addressed. Business items focused on board policy revisions, the adoption of curricular material fees for the upcoming school year, a resolution regarding paid leave, and the approval of a bid for chiller replacement.
