Further actions included approving the rollover of unused Vacation, Holidays, and PNE for the Sheriff's Department for one year and prohibiting the sales of restricted fireworks in Terrell County from December 20, 2023, through January 1, 2024. The resignation of Rebecca Luevano as Terrell County Treasurer, effective December 11, 2023, was accepted. Subsequently, Pamela Blaylock was added to all financial accounts, and Rebecca Luevano was removed. Pamela Blaylock's bond was reapproved, and she was granted authorization for OOG and SOS. The Court also approved the list of bills, ratified bills, and approved payroll and utility bills not yet received, as well as the monthly reports.
