Subsequently, Pamela Blaylock was added to all financial accounts, and Rebecca Luevano was removed. Pamela Blaylock's bond was reapproved, and she was granted authorization for OOG and SOS. The Court also approved the list of bills, ratified bills, and approved payroll and utility bills not yet received, as well as the monthly reports.
