This strategic plan for the Partnership4Health Community Health Board outlines a five-year roadmap to enhance internal operations, strengthen partnerships, and maximize public health efforts across Becker, Clay, Otter Tail, and Wilkin counties. Its overarching goal is to achieve health equity for all, guided by a vision of providing essential public health services through a strong and sustainable partnership and a mission to protect, promote, and preserve public health. The plan focuses on two key priority areas: fostering Workplace Innovation and Excellence through employee support, training, and leadership development, and increasing Community Awareness and Engagement by boosting community participation, standardizing branding, and expanding event involvement.

The Community Health Assessment for Partnership4Health Community Health Board provides a comprehensive analysis of the region's health status across Becker, Clay, Otter Tail, and Wilkin counties. It identifies key concerns such as access to affordable healthcare, mental health, transportation, affordable housing, quality childcare, and community engagement. The assessment serves as a strategic tool to guide future planning and resource allocation, aiming to protect, promote, and preserve public health through a sustainable partnership and the development of a Community Health Improvement Plan.

The meeting included discussions and potential actions regarding a range of topics. These included authorizing final payment for the Brandrup Township Bridge Replacement, approving the purchase of a Case IH Tractor, and addressing a resolution urging the repeal of the MN Moratorium on Nuclear Energy Production. Additionally, there was consideration of an APS Shared Services Agreement MOU with Otter Tail County and a Clinical Supervision Contract with Lysne Consulting and Counseling.
