The strategic plan is the Local Control and Accountability Plan for Springville Elementary School. The document includes the federal addendum.

The plan uses Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; and Title IV, Part A funding to supplement and enhance local priorities. Specific strategies include providing paraprofessionals for in-classroom support, offering teacher professional development, and implementing programs to monitor student progress, reduce disciplinary actions, and support career and technical education. The district will use data and ongoing consultation to continually update and improve activities.
