A/GFTC Planning Committee Meeting Minutes
The committee adopted the NYS Performance Targets for pavement and bridge conditions. Reports were provided regarding GGFT operations, including ridership trends and operational discussions. The committee accepted the Mill Pond Pedestrian Improvements Feasibility Study and the EV Charging Station Assessment as complete. Updates were provided on several ongoing projects, including the White Creek Pedestrian & Parking Connections, Rural Workforce Mobility Plan, and Queensbury ASCT project. A discussion occurred regarding public outreach for the Long Range Plan, specifically comparing GIS-based surveys and Social Pinpoint platforms. Additionally, the committee reviewed various transportation project updates from local counties and NYSDOT, and approved TIP modifications for GGFT trolley purchases and a Washington County road project.
