A detailed discussion on the school's mission, instructional strategies, and plans for the upcoming year took place, emphasizing community, engagement, and excellence. Financial proceedings involved the approval of the FY27 budget and the fundraising goal. Additionally, the board addressed a formal parent complaint by referring to the state's PRS investigation process and reviewed committee assignments and governance updates.

Additionally, the committee evaluated the proposed SY27 board calendar, focusing on a potential in-person board engagement, and reviewed the agenda and materials for the upcoming board meeting, specifically discussing ELT roles.
The committee discussed school strategy and performance updates, including student persistence data and progress on the SOA plan for students with disabilities and multilingual learners. The meeting also covered updates on retention, lesson planning metrics, and findings from Springpoint observations, which highlighted strengths in advisor structures and standards alignment, along with areas for growth in instructional systems and equity. Finally, the committee reviewed its charter, discussed the transition in committee leadership, and deliberated on improvements for data communication and goal tracking for the upcoming school year.
