Installation of a new direct outside air system (DOAS) unit on the science wing of the administration building. The controls of this system and all systems functions must meet code requirements. This unit will supply the required fresh air to the science wing. The unit will be gas fired and have on board compressors adequate to condition the fresh air for the space it serves. The new DOAS unit will replace the existing air handler. Duct work modifications may be necessary. The new unit will utilize the existing power from the air handler that will be removed. The installation will require a gas line to be run from the boiler room to the location of the new unit. This gas line will be sized to support an additional unit in the future.
