On-Site Co-Occurring Services for the 3rd Judicial District (Request For Proposal)

The State of Judicial Department, referred to herein as “the Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a provider to provide on-site co-occurring evaluations and individual treatment for our probation clients supervised by the Department, with Problem Solving Courts being the priority population. Having this provider work on-site will eliminate any barriers regarding clients’ access to treatment, such as transportation and waiting lists. Having consistency with treatment providers and quick access to treatment are vital keys to helping clients be successful on Probation and become productive members of our community.
